IIABA Legislative Conference & Convention

The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) represents 300,000 business owners and their employees who offer all types of insurance and financial services products to individuals and businesses. IIABA members will converge on Washington D.C. for the Annual Legislative Conference & Convention.
The Legislative Conference & Convention offers IIABA members the opportunity to meet with members of Congress to discuss issues that impact the interests of independent agents and brokers, as well as consumers.
In addition, a number of educational workshops are offered to sharpen the skills of attendees. Agents can choose from workshops focused on:
Ø technology
Ø improving agency performance
Ø the power of change
Ø recruiting practices.
An exhibit hall filled with companies offering the products and services agents need to compete is also available. The exhibit hall is an important networking opportunity.
